OUR PROCESS

01 - CLIENT INTAKE

The process starts with the completion of our project survey and client intake conference call. We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving the appropriate survey to complete the intake process. This step will allow us to learn more about your project and work with you to get all the details necessary prior to an onsite meeting with our President, Jeremy Nelson.

03 - FEASIBILITY & CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

Now that you’ve met with our Contractor and agreed to the preliminary scope of work and budget, we will enter into a feasibility and construction contract and will send a deposit invoice ranging from $2,500 - $5,000 based on the size of project. This deposit covers the initial pre-construction time and expenses. Upon receipt of the deposit, the project is then sent to our pre-construction department.

04 - PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Your Pre-Construction Project Manager will work with you to develop all project specifications and begin working on requests for proposals (RFP’s) from our preferred network of vendors and subcontractors. With this information, we will build a professional Construction Budget to cover the entire scope of work to include vendor and subcontractor selections best suited for your project.

06 - COMMENCEMENT

A commencement deposit invoice will be issued upon the acceptance of the project. Commencement deposit amounts will vary based on the scope of work for each individual project but will be reviewed with you at your client meeting. Once deposits have been received, we will release your project to build.

05 - CLIENT MEETING & PRESENTATION

Meeting in person to present the final scope of work and Construction Budget is critical to ensure your questions are answered and you feel confident in hiring Rainier Construction to complete your project. This meeting will review your final budget, subcontractor selections, and scheduling timelines as well as confirmation of your final product specifications and selections.

02 - SITE VISIT

After reviewing your project, the Contractor will meet you on site to walk and talk all the details and get a general idea of the project site. This will allow us to determine the feasibility of your project and provide a preliminary scope of work and estimated budget range to help you in deciding to move forward with your build.

07 - BUILD IT

Our General Contractor will work closely with you to review working hours, scheduling of subcontractors, and managing all aspects of your project while it’s being built. We will be checking in with you frequently, and conducting progress meetings on site to review the progress and quality of work being performed. This is the best part of the process - seeing your project come to life!

08 - DRAW REQUESTS

Our admin team works behind the scenes to make sure your monthly draw requests are sent out accurately and on time, ensuring that your questions are answered every step of the way. They will provide you with copies of all important documents and work to make sure your experience with Rainier Construction is nothing outside of exceptional.

10 - CLOSE OUT & WARRANTY

Our close out process provides you with all warranty information, specification brochures, and important documents necessary for your records. We will make sure all questions are answered follow up with a client satisfaction questionnaire to make sure that we didn’t just meet your expectation, we exceeded it!

09 - FINAL WALKTHROUGH

As we work towards completion on your build, we will conduct a final walkthrough and punchlist of any finish details that need to be addressed. Your project will be professionally cleaned upon completion of punchlist items and our team will send your final invoice to close out the project.

This company was very easy to communicate with both in person and by phone. They listened to my needs and concerns and did everything in their power to meet those needs. They were on time, the quality was great, the price was great, they went out of their way to treat my property with care and they were very professional.
